New HIV Strain, Rapid AIDS Onset, Anti-retroviral Drugs Useless
HIV seems to have mutated to become even more resistant to anti-retroviral drugs. Like most viruses, and life forms for that matter, viruses mutate. Mutation is part of natural selection. A virus has huge advantage over other life forms, rapid explosive life cycles.
If news like this is what it takes to get people thinking about sexual safety, then I guess it is a silver lining in a very dark cloud. Medical science hasn’t figured out how to cure or fully slow down the progression from HIC infection to full blown AIDS, now medical researchers will have to start work on mutations as well it seems. If this HIV mutation spreads or occurs in another area of the world, then not only are we back to square one, we are fighting two battles simultaneously. If we get three or four mutations then all the drug cocktails we can imagine may not be enough. So, Be SAFE!

im suprised in a way, but this is really scarey. i’ve been practicing abstinance lately for personal reasons. you know im human and i get natural urges, but this is a complete turn off. safe sex is not even safe sex especially with this gay business going on, that has even spead like wildflowers. if this race is going to survive we need to wisen up now!
