Paul Newman and his wife are great people in ways other than their show business careers. Few who make it big in life give back to society as these two good citizens. Too bad there are not more people like them.

We live in the town where Paul Newman went to school, and everyone here thinks very highly of the Newmans. God bless them both for their good stewardship of our earth.

I’m really going to miss Jane Pauley’s classy, informative morning show. I usually watched her over my morning coffee break. It is so sad to see another show that promotes good, decent living go off the air. We need many more Janey Pauleys too!

I’m an industrial arts teacher on vaction. So i have time to sit and wacth the Jane Pauley Show. I have several comments Re: your segment on re-finishing the headboard. First, you and the other woman were not wear safety glasses. However, I saw that your demonstrator was. Seconed: That particular “Jig” saw is also called a “Saber” saw. I insist that my students know all the names of every tool, so they are smarter than the Home Depot people. 3rd: That stapler was electric-NOT pnumatic as your demonstrator said. If you’d like me to come, (eventhough I’m a man), I’d be happy to put my money where my mouth is. Thank you for time, Steve Green.

I look forward to your show every day. I always learn something interesting and
quite often something that is useful in my life. This is such a quality program
and there is such a dearth of that on network television - please keep this show
on the air.

I just read on some website that your show has been CANCELLED!!!! That is just not acceptable! We have enjoyed it so much because it is not the usual run-of-the–mill talk show. It is informative, while the others we have watched bits of are only sensational! And that’s not what we want to see. Furthermore, we feel that NBC has not given you a fair break.
There have been NO promos or ads for your show. I have seen nothing in the TV Guide or the daily newspaper about it. We only hope that some other channel or sponsor will pick up your show. It is so worthwhile. Even if we (my husband and I )aren’t particularly interested in the subject that day, we watch it, because you always have so much to offer. Interesting and knowledgeable guests and subject matter. We’re going to miss you, Jane. Please come back.

Dear Jane, I have been trying to wake up at 3:00 am to watch you show I love it you have done such a great job. I was so sorry your show is not on it the day time any more. Please try to get back on the air. We need a show like yours. You are the best!!! I hope you will try again. Thanks so much for the time you have shared.

Dear Jane, We watch you show every morning and think it is a great show. Would you have a show on a little known serious illness. (Myasthenia Gravis) My wife just recently came down with the illness. It is controllable but with large doses of medication. Myasthenia Gravis is a Neuro muscular desease.
