Spider Man 3 Rumors True, Thomas Haden Church to Co-star
Thomas Haden Church, will play one of the spidey villains in the upcoming Spider Man Three movie, will it be Venom? Thomas Haden Church is best known for Sideways, but he’s been a favorite of mine ever since Wings was on TV in the early nineties. Kids will probably make their first acquaintance to Tom in Charlotte’s Web, an animated movie in production where the character of Brooks has Thomas’ voice. His voice is quite distinctive, so it is a good casting choice. As to Spiderman 3, the IMDB doesn’t list his character name yet. My guess is that he will play the Spider Man 3 Venom character.

It would be my guess that THC would play The Hob Goblin, due to the ending of Spider Man 3, with the obvious forshadowing of showing the Goblin Costume. It would be a good move on Raimi’s part to not use the same villian over (G Goblin) but make everyone think it with that last scene.

perhaps Church is playing HobG and teaming up with Harry as GG2. I’ve heard rumor of Tropher Grace in the movie and they look similar in photos - perhaps the the rejuvinating Vulture? Then again Grace could also play the scrawny Electro… I doubt they’ll do the alien menace of Venom in Spidey, at least not yet.

I’m guessing THC will be venom and topher grace will take the roll of carnage. As for harry, he will probaly become hobgoblin.
